Overall - it's reasonably clean but definitely not upgraded or renovated like it says on the site. Then when we got to the room - it was a bed w/ the living area, like we had originally reserved. We were not upset about anything.) She implied that there was no option, so we took the room they offered. She started getting angry at us, and I said that I wasn't trying to upset her, I was just trying to understand our options. We said that if that was all they had we would take it. the jacuzzi was broken, and we didn't want/need a jacuzzi, so there was really no benefit for us. She told us a couple of times that the room w/ the jacuzzi was a $100 upgrade but they wouldn't charge us the additional fees. We arrived at 2:50, so asked if we couldn't just wait for a room like we reserved to become available. When we arrived, we were told they didn't have the room we booked (king bed w/ the small living area) so instead they would put us in a room with a king and a jacuzzi that was broken.
